Peter co-founded Blendit Learning with Mads driven by a strong desire to create learning experiences that engage employees and truly help them perform their jobs. Peter is passionate about assisting the people we collaborate with. This is evident through his genuine interest in the exciting, skilled, knowledgeable, and engaged individuals who represent our customers.
Peter believes that learning can make a difference when it transitions from ‘something that is developed and studied as a mandatory task’ to a format and approach that helps people at work learn in the way they prefer and when needed. Therefore, Peter is often involved in workshops with customers.
As the head of the consultancy department at Blendit Learning, he is primarily focused on developing our employees and services, so we can deliver the maximum value to our customers and create a workplace where people love to work.
He has worked in various roles in the field of digital learning, ranging from Head of Learning to Learning Consultant, Learning Architect, Instructor, and Creative Director.
