As Customer Success Lead, Mathias holds overall responsibility for ensuring that our clients continue to experience strong value from both Fuse and their collaboration with Blendit. He works closely with clients, consultants and Customer Success Managers across the organisation to ensure professional delivery, strong customer experiences and the continuous development of the Customer Success function in line with Blendit’s strategy.
Mathias is our data and engagement enthusiast. With his warm and approachable style, he has a natural ability to translate complex insights into something both understandable and actionable. He holds a background in sociology as well as learning and change processes – and was the very first person to join Blendit.
