Jeppe has a background as a schoolteacher and holds a master’s degree in IT, Learning and Organisational Change. This gives him both practical experience of working closely with learners and an academic understanding of digital learning and organisational change processes.
Jeppe is passionate about understanding and addressing the challenges and barriers people may encounter when learning something new or changing the way they work. He is particularly focused on creating learning that feels relevant, manageable and meaningful to each individual.
As a learning consultant, Jeppe works with his colleagues at Blendit Learning to design and structure learning solutions that connect clients’ challenges with the learning activities their employees engage in. With his curious and approachable manner, he brings both professional expertise and a keen eye for how learning can support change in practice.
