The model consists of three key elements:
The Onboarding Staircase: A series of steps that guide the employee from being new to becoming a valuable team member.

- Connection
- Development
WOW experiences: The memorable moments a new employee encounters during onboarding.
Leadership support: Ongoing managerial support required throughout the employee’s time with the organisation to help them become — and remain — valuable.
