Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a method used to develop innovative solutions based on the needs of the user. The approach is iterative and experimental, allowing ideas to be quickly tested and refined before being implemented on a larger scale.

Companies use Design Thinking to create more user-friendly products, services, and internal processes. The method is particularly effective because it fosters creativity, actively involves end-users, and ensures that solutions are grounded in real needs rather than theoretical assumptions.

Design Thinking typically consists of five phases:

  • Empathize – understand the user
  • Define – define the problem
  • Ideate – generate ideas
  • Prototype – create and test solutions
  • Test – validate the solution with users

The process is often applied in digital learning and business development to design more engaging learning experiences and optimize user experiences.
