The business-driven HR/L&D programme is a practical and diverse programme for you who works in HR or L&D and who wants to be involved in making learning-related decisions.

The programme spans over 8 weeks and includes:

  • 3 full-day, in-person workshops 
  • Digital learning plans and knowledge sharing  
  • Personal coaching sessions on Microsoft Teams  
  • Individual work on concrete cases from your own company to ensure that you are already in progress when the programme ends.  

As a participant in the Business-Driven HR/L&D programme you are supported from start to finish by a dedicated digital community, where you gain access to knowledge sharing, networking, and experts. 

This programme can be effectively combined with the “digital learning expert” programme.

The programme focuses on you learning to take and practicing the role of a trusted advisor in your company, engage in dialogues with the business, and proactively identify critical business goals and opportunities that L&D/HR can support the business in achieving.

What does the business-driven HR/L&D programme include?

  • 2 individual coaching sessions 
  • 3 digital learning plans for self-study that provide you with the necessary knowledge at your convenience 
  • Online access to all learning materials and additional resources, always searchable and at your fingertips 
  • 3 full course days with catering – learning focuses on understanding and application of what you have studied online 
  • 3 virtual check-ins to support work with specific cases within your own workplace 
  • Ongoing coaching and support to apply all tools to your own workplace 
  • Online access to all learning materials for 12 months
  • Online access to a network of other participants ask questions and share experiences with them  
  • Once the programme is completed, you will have experience in applying the tools in practice, and you will already be working in a new way
